Penthouse Tonight is a brand of ercTree, LLC ("Penthouse Tonight," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through penthousetonight.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Quote requests: your name, company, title, phone, email, company address and website; convention and event details; guest information you choose to share; budget, venue and service preferences; notes; and any referral code.
- Partner applications: your name, contact details, company, location, website and social media handles, audience information, promotion plans and payout preference.
- Technical data: your IP address (stored in hashed form with each submission), browser type, and a referral code saved in your browser if you arrived through a partner link.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare quotes, plan and deliver your event, and coordinate with venues and service providers.
- To review partner applications, track referrals and pay commissions.
- To contact you by phone, text message or email about your request, with your consent. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and of emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.
- To protect our website against spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
How we share it
We share information only as needed to deliver your event or run our business: with hotels and venues, transportation, catering and staffing partners; with service providers that host our website and process forms or email; with a partner who referred you, limited to whether your event was booked; and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, pay commissions, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving marketing messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to stored submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our events serve alcohol only to guests 21 and older.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with a revised effective date.
