PENTHOUSETONIGHT
Our Story

From the show floor to the penthouse.

Penthouse Tonight is built on a lesson our founder, Ben Quigley, learned working Las Vegas convention floors: the booth starts the relationship, but a private evening is where you earn the business.

A builder from the start

Ben grew up in the Chicago area and left college to go to work, starting his career at IBM at 19. Three years later he moved into mortgage lending and real estate, rising from loan officer to owner of his own mortgage company.

When the 2008 housing crash reshaped that industry, he looked to medical sales. The device companies required a degree he didn't have, so he founded his own orthopedic implant distributorship instead, built it into a leading distributor in Chicagoland, turned down buyout offers from competitors along the way, and sold it in 2020.

The convention playbook

In 2020 Ben founded ercTree, a company that helped businesses document and file claims for the federal Employee Retention Credit. To meet clients, he went where business owners gather: Las Vegas conventions.

Beginning in 2021, he walked the show floors handing exhibitors, owners and C-suite attendees a printed invitation to a private penthouse or villa soirée that night: bottle service, hors d'oeuvres, chauffeured pickup and, often, a celebrity Las Vegas DJ. The invitations were accepted. The evenings turned booth conversations into relationships and relationships into clients. ercTree went on to help hundreds of businesses claim more than $100 million in credits.

Why Penthouse Tonight exists

Ben realized the playbook was never about tax credits. It works for any company that exhibits. The booth and the show floor create leads; a private evening, hosted by you for prospective and current clients, is where those leads become relationships.

Penthouse Tonight packages everything he learned so your company can run the same play without running the event. We source the luxury penthouses and villas on the Strip that are usually “call for pricing,” negotiate on your behalf, and coordinate the venue, the cars, the service and the entertainment, so you spend the night with your guests.

Your booth starts the conversation. The penthouse closes it.
