About Penthouse Tonight

What is a Penthouse Tonight soirée?

A private, invitation-only evening in a Las Vegas penthouse, villa or sky suite, planned around your convention. You choose the guest list and the goal; we handle the venue, chauffeured guest pickup, a private butler, an on-site Penthouse Tonight host, and any catering, bar or entertainment you add.

Who is it for?

Companies exhibiting at Las Vegas conventions that want to host current and prospective clients, launch a product, reward a sales team after a training day, or bring executives and partners together away from the show floor.

Is Penthouse Tonight affiliated with the hotels and resorts you list?

No. Penthouse Tonight is an independent event planning and concierge company. Property names identify the venues where we can plan your event; availability, rules and capacity are set by each property and confirmed in your quote.

Pricing and booking

How much does a soirée cost?

Packages start at $7,500 (about 25 invitations) and go to $25,000 and above (up to 200 invitations). Catering, bar service, a celebrity DJ, celebrity appearances and luxury vehicles are added à la carte. Not sure of your budget? Select several levels on the quote form and we will bring you a range.

What is included in every package?

The venue, a Penthouse Tonight event host and VIP concierge from first arrival to last car, a private butler, printed invitations with a private online RSVP and ride-scheduling page, and black-car chauffeur service for your VIP guests (Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban or Ford Expedition; four vehicles for up to four hours).

Do you provide the invitations?

Yes. Printed invitations are included with every soirée for your team to hand out all day at your booth. The QR code on each invitation opens your event's private page, where guests see the electronic invitation, RSVP with their name, company, mobile, email and how many co-workers they are bringing, and schedule chauffeured pick-up and drop-off times. You receive the guest list as RSVPs come in.

What records do we receive after the event?

Within 10 business days after your event, you receive an itemized Event Statement that allocates your Event Budget by category (venue, food and beverage stated separately, transportation, invitations, entertainment and premium services, and our fee) and names the venue and vendors, plus the Registered Guest List from your RSVP page, which you can tag as current clients, prospects or employees. They are for your business records and your tax advisor; we do not give tax advice.

Is there a separate planning fee?

No. Your Event Budget is all-inclusive. It includes our Event Planning and Coordination Fee of 10% of the budget, collected half with your deposit and half with your balance. On a $10,000 event, that is $1,000 of the $10,000, not $1,000 on top of it.

How does booking work?

Request a quote online (about ten minutes). We meet with you, present quotes from properties available on your date, and send a Penthouse Tonight Event Client Booking Agreement. Your event is booked when you sign it and pay the booking deposit.

When are payments due?

A booking deposit of 50% of your Event Budget is due 90 days before your event (or when you sign, if you book later than that). The remaining 50% is due 10 days before your event. Example: for a Wednesday, February 10, 2027 event, the deposit is due Thursday, November 12, 2026 and the balance is due Sunday, January 31, 2027.

What is your cancellation policy?

Tell us in writing. If you cancel more than 90 days before your event, you owe nothing further, and if you paid any of your deposit early, we refund 50% of what you paid. From 90 days before the event, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after paying the balance, we refund the balance less any amounts already committed to venues, vehicles, talent and vendors that cannot be recovered. Full terms are in our Event Booking Terms.

Can we change our event date?

Yes, once, if you ask in writing at least 30 days before the original date and the new date is within 12 months. Your booking deposit moves to the new date, subject to venue and vendor availability.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as you can. The best penthouses and villas go first during major shows such as CES, so booking 90 days or more ahead gives you the widest choice. We can also plan on shorter notice when venues are available.

Guests and venues

What does 'invitations' mean in the package levels?

It is the number of guests we plan for you to invite, not guaranteed attendance. Typically only part of an invitation list attends, and every venue has an occupancy limit. We confirm your expected attendance and the venue's capacity in your quote.

How many people can a venue hold?

It depends on the property. Many luxury suites suit 30 to 60 guests; larger villas and sky suites can host 100 or more. Attendance can never exceed the venue's occupancy limit or the property's rules.

Can we choose the venue?

Yes. Select the properties you like on the quote form and we will bring multiple quotes for what is available on your date. Penthouse Tonight Private Residences are offered only when a confirmed residence is approved for events on your date.

Can we bring our own branding or a theme?

Yes. Tell us your theme idea on the quote form. We can plan décor, branded touches and the flow of the evening around your goal, subject to the property's rules.

Service and safety

Is alcohol served?

Yes, through licensed providers only: the property's bar program, licensed caterers or our licensed bottle-service partners. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and older with valid identification.

How does chauffeur service work?

Black-car service (Escalade, Suburban or Expedition) is included: four vehicles for up to four hours to pick up your VIP guests and bring them to your event. Prefer a Rolls-Royce, Bentley or Range Rover? Luxury vehicles are $200 per hour per vehicle with a 4-hour minimum ($800 each), and extra black-car hours are $100 per vehicle per hour. All vehicles are driven by licensed chauffeurs.

Who is responsible for damage?

You are responsible for loss or damage caused by your guests beyond normal wear. Some properties require a refundable security deposit or a card on file; any damage charges are documented by the property.

Do you work with licensed and insured vendors?

Yes. We work with licensed transportation, catering and beverage partners and require them to carry appropriate insurance. Every event also follows the property's own rules for guests, noise and capacity.
